Mr. Scott Thompson will conduct brain imaging studies in rodents, specifically on both supraspinal activation patterns and neurochemical modifications elicited by ongoing pain in rodents. The overall objectives of this work are to better understand the neurological activity associated with the pain conditions being investigated and to establish a platform for therapeutic intervention assessment.
Mr. Thompson holds a bachelor’s of science in mechanical engineering and a master’s in business administration.
