Application Resources for PAR-10-163 Preliminary Clinical Studies in Preparation for Large Interventional Trials of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) Therapies (R34)
The goal of this NCCAM funding opportunity announcement is to support clinical research and development on high priority CAM interventions. This mechanism is intended to support the development of methodology and data needed for planning and design of subsequent, larger randomized clinical trials, cluster randomized trials, or cohort studies. It is appropriate for development of clinical studies that will contribute to the design of either efficacy or real-world effectiveness studies.
This mechanism is not appropriate for support of randomized clinical trials to test or determine efficacy.
