Robyn Bent, R.N., B.S.N.

Robyn Bent joined NCCAM’s Office of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs as a Health Specialist in 2012. She is an experienced research nurse coordinator who assists in the oversight of the NCCAM portfolio of clinical grants by providing protocol development and implementation expertise. She works closely with NCCAM Program Staff and study teams to facilitate preparations for clinical study initiation and required NCCAM oversight activities. She is a Commissioned Officer with the U.S. Public Health Service.

Previously, Robyn was a Research Nurse Specialist within the NCI Pediatric Oncology Branch at the NIH Mark Hatfield Clinical Research Center, where she worked for 8 years. Prior to her arrival at NIH, she had traveled extensively as a nurse specialist for the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Navy.

Robyn earned her R.N., B.S.N. at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
